Recommended Daily Dose:
1-6 years: 5ml (1 teaspoon)
7-12 years: 10ml (2 teaspoons)
Winter Dose:
1-6 years: 5-10ml (1-2 teaspoons) twice daily
7-12 years 10-15ml (2-3 teaspoons) twice daily
