The recommended daily dose, i.e. one effervescent tablet, contains a complex of 10 vitamins in such amounts that meet 100% of the reference value of consumption! Iron supports the production of hemoglobin and red blood cells. Additionally, it supports the maintenance of proper energy metabolism. Thiamin and biotin help in maintaining the proper functioning of the nervous system, and folic acid in maintaining proper psychological functions.
