Using the irrigator: first prepare the Tantum Rosa solution (use boiled water at body temperature).Pour the solution into the irrigator (500 ml) or different appropiate solution. Insert the end of the irrigator into the vagina.It is recommended to irrigate lying down in an empty bathtub or standing in the shower, possibly sitting on the toilet or bidet.Hold the irrigator with both hands while squeezing the reservoir and empty it completely.After the procedure, carefully pull out the tip of the irrigator (do not expand the reservoir, so as not to suck in vaginal discharge).Unless your doctor tells you otherwise, rinse the vagina 1-2 times a day.After the treatment, thoroughly wash all parts of the irrigator in warm soapy water (up to 40 degrees C), rinse and leave to dry.
