Magnesium participates, among others in the transmission of nerve impulses, the production of energy in the body and the synthesis of proteins. At the same time, an unbalanced diet based on highly processed foods and low-mineralized water may not provide the right amount of magnesium. In order to ensure an adequate supply of magnesium, it is recommended to eat whole grain cereal products (including flour and bread), fresh vegetables and medium and highly mineralized water. Vitamin B6 increases the absorption of magnesium. At the same time, vitamins B6 and B1 play a role in the functioning of the nervous system and the metabolism of nerve cells.
