The iron contained in Actiferol Fe®is released in the intestines, not in the stomach. Thanks to this, you do not feel any discomfort from the digestive system.
Folates help in the proper production of blood and are involved in the process of cell division. Active folate is well absorbed and ready to be used by the body. Active folate protects people who have problems absorbing folate from ordinary folic acid.

The capsule should be swallowed and washed down with water. In case of swallowing problems: open the capsule and pour its contents into the food you eat.
