How To Use How to use:
Shake before use. Dissolve a 15 ml dose in 100 ml of water, stir, and drink.
Take after a heavy meal. This product contains vitamin B3, which, when taken on an empty stomach, may cause a niacin flush, or dilation of blood vessels, manifesting as redness and a burning sensation. Taking the product after a meal reduces the flushing effect.
