Borage seed oil (formerly Biogal) is a dietary supplement in the form of capsules containing cold-pressed borage oil (Borago officinalis).This ingredient is a natural source of omega-6 polyunsaturated fatty acids, including linoleic acid (LA) and gamma-linolenic acid (GA).Each 500 mg capsule contains 350 mg of borage seed oil.
