Vitamin D also contributes to normal absorption/utilisation of calcium and phosphorus, to normal blood calcium levels and to the normal function of the immune system.
Product D-Vitum 1000 IU of vitamin D VEGAN contains natural vitamin D3 derived from the lichen Cladonia rangiferina.
The body produces vitamin D through skin synthesis under the influence of UV radiation. However, the use of UV-filter creams, very low sun exposure and the low availability of sunlight in our latitude from autumn to spring limits the possibility of producing vitamin D in cells. It is therefore important to provide adequate amounts of vitamin D with your diet.
INGREDIENTS: MCT oil (medium chain triglycerides), cold pressed olive oil, Cladonia rangiferin extract containing cholecalciferol (vitamin D3), antioxidant: tocopherol mixture.
