After application to the nose, Fervex Phyto creates a special protective film on the mucosal surface, which prevents dryness and irritation, and protects against the harmful effects of external factors. Thanks to osmotic activity, the formed film attracts hypotonic fluid from deeper within the mucosa and causes a flow of hypotonic fluid from the interior to the exterior. This mechanical cleansing action loosens and expels impurities present in the nasal cavity, including free-floating protein particles, viruses, and bacteria, and unclogs the nasal passages. The osmotic pressure exerted by the product helps unblock and cleanse the paranasal sinuses, reducing the feeling of distention and pain.
The use of the product is recommended in the case of: runny nose, blocked nose, rhinitis, inflammation of the nasal mucosa and paranasal sinuses, sinus pain.
How To Use How to use:Apply 2-3 sprays to each nostril. Use 3-4 times daily.
This product should not be used for more than 14 consecutive days. If symptoms worsen or persist and/or fever occurs, consult a doctor.
How to use a medical device
Before using the product, blow your nose carefully and wash your hands thoroughly.
Shake the package.
Remove the protective cap.
Press the spray pump 1-2 times until a fine mist of product appears.
Insert the applicator slightly into one nostril and press the spray pump while inhaling slightly. Repeat this process in the other nostril.
Clean the nasal tip with a tissue and close the bottle with the protective cap after each use.

Notes and precautions
The product begins to work within 10–15 minutes of administration and causes a significant amount of secretions to clear. During this time, do not repeat administration or use other nasal preparations. Nasal discharge may persist for up to 4–6 hours, depending on the severity of the initial nasal obstruction.
Possible side effects of a medical device
After applying the product, significant amounts of nasal discharge may occur, which is related to the product's mode of action. Fervex Phyto's mechanism of action is immediate osmotic activity, which may cause minor irritation or a burning sensation within the first 10-15 minutes after each application.
However, if irritation is excessive or persists for a prolonged period, we recommend discontinuing use of the product due to the possibility of an allergy to one of its ingredients. If you observe any type of allergic reaction within a few minutes of applying the product (severe persistent irritation, burning sensation, swelling, etc.), discontinue use, rinse your nose thoroughly with clean water, and consult a doctor if necessary.
Using the product with other medications
The likelihood of interactions with systemically administered medications is low. To ensure effectiveness, do not apply any other topical nasal medications within 15 minutes before or after using this product.
