How To Use How to use:
Take 1 sachet and 1-2 capsules daily with a meal. Citrus flavored product (sachet). Wash your hands before preparing the solution. Use clean dishes. Add the recommended amount of powder from the sachet to a glass or mug. Dissolve the contents of the sachet in 100 ml of warm water. Stir until completely dissolved. Take immediately after preparing a portion to drink. Consume the capsule together with the prepared drink from the sachet. When using 2 capsules;the second capsule should be taken with the next meal.
