Adults and children aged 16 years and over.
Each sachet of Lemsip Max Cold &Flu Hot Lemon 1000mg Powder for Oral Solution contains 1000mg paracetamol. Paracetamol has pain killing (analgesic) and fever reduction (antipyretic) properties. Lemsip Max Cold &Flu Hot Lemon can be used to relieve the symptoms of common cold or influenza such as headache, sore throat, fever, body aches and pains.
Adults and children aged 16 years and over.
Adults, the elderly and children aged 16 years and over:
The usual dose is 1 sachet up to 4 times daily. The dose may be repeated in 4 hours with a maximum of four doses in a 24 hour period.
Always use the lowest effective dose for the shortest time necessary to relieve your symptoms.
For oral administration. Dilute the contents of one sachet in a mug of hot water, do not boil the water. Stir until dissolved. If preferred, sweeten to taste with sugar, honey or usual sweetener.
Do not give to children under 16 years of age. For children under 16 years, other formulations and dosage strengths are available which may be more appropriate.
Do not take more than 2 sachets a day (2g/day) if you are underweight (<50kg), malnourished, dehydrated or if you have alcohol problems (see leaflet for more information), unless directed by your doctor.
Do not take with any other paracetamol containing products.
Warning - Do not exceed stated dose
Paracetamol.
Sucrose, citric acid, lemon flavour no. 1, saccharin sodium, aspartame (E951), sodium citrate, ascorbic acid and curcumin.
Do not take if allergic to any of the ingredients.
Precautions
Consult your doctor or pharmacist if symptoms persist or get worse at any stage.
Seek advice before using if you are pregnant, planning to become pregnant, breastfeeding or suffer from allergies.

Keep away from children.
Storage
Do not use Lemsip Max Cold &Flu Hot Lemon after the expiry date (EXP Day/Month/Year) which is stated on the carton and sachet. Do not store above 25°C.
