Monocolin K is a natural statin obtained from a standardized extract of red yeast-fermented rice (Monascus purpureus). This ingredient contributes to maintaining proper cholesterol levels in the blood. The beneficial effect occurs when consuming 10 mg of monacolin K from fermented red rice products.
B vitamins (B6, B12), which are involved in the proper metabolism of homocysteine and contribute to maintaining proper energy metabolism. Folate helps in the proper synthesis of amino acids. Chromium supports the maintenance of proper glucose metabolism and the proper metabolism of macronutrients.

1 capsule a day, preferably in the evening, during a meal or just after eating.
