One coated tablet contains 100mg of magnesium ions in the form of magnesium citrate (Magnesii citras) and 10mg of pyridoxine hydrochloride (Pyridoxini hydrochloridum). Excipients: anhydrous lactose, macrogol 6000, magnesium stearate;shell composition: hypromellose, macrogol 6000, titanium dioxide (E 171), talc.

Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients.

Keep the product out of the reach of children, at room temperature. The drug contains lactose, it is not recommended in people with rare hereditary galactose intolerance, Lapp lactase deficiency or glucose-galactose malabsorption.

Special warnings and precautions for use: In case of combined magnesium and calcium deficiency, the magnesium deficiency should be corrected first. In case of severe magnesium deficiency and malabsorption, treatment should be initiated with intravenous magnesium. Special care should be taken in patients with moderate renal insufficiency due to the risk of developing high levels of magnesium in the blood. Do not use in children under 6 years of age. For pyridoxine hydrochloride only: Sensory axonal neuropathy may occur after taking high doses of pyridoxine over a long period of time. Special warnings regarding excipients: Lactose Patients with rare hereditary problems of galactose intolerance, total lactase deficiency or glucose-galactose malabsorption should not take this medicinal product.
