MIOVELIA PRO is a preparation consisting of a sachet for preparing a suspension and a vitamin and mineral capsule (portion recommended for consumption during the day). The sachet contains myo- and D-chiro-inositol, belonging to B vitamins, as well as whey protein.
The ingredients contained in the capsule contribute to maintaining the proper metabolism of homocysteine (choline, folate, vitamin B12), take part in the process of cell division (vitamin D, B12, folate) and influence the proper functioning of the immune system (vitamin D, B6, folate, B12). . Folates in Miovelia Pro are the FolActiv®formula (a combination of folic acid and its active form). Their synergistic effect supports cell division, which is important for the growth of the fetus. The use of FolActiv®is particularly beneficial for people with slower folic acid metabolism, which affects every second woman in Poland*. The iodine contained in the preparation has a positive effect on the functioning of the thyroid gland and the maintenance of cognitive functions, and together with vitamins B6 and B12, it also supports the maintenance of proper energy metabolism. Moreover, vitamin B6 contributes to the regulation of hormonal activity1.
How To Use How to use:
Adults: 1 capsule + 1 sachet daily. Consume the capsule with the prepared drink from the sachet.
The contents of the sachet should be dissolved in 100 ml of liquid (milk, plant drink or water) at room temperature (to avoid denaturation of whey proteins).
Initially, dissolve the contents of the sachet in a smaller amount of liquid, gradually adding the rest, mixing vigorously until a uniform consistency is obtained. The presence of small lumps is acceptable. To obtain a smoother consistency, it is best to use a shaker. The sachet can also be consumed as an addition to various types of dishes or meals. Consume immediately after preparing a portion to drink while eating a low-carbohydrate meal.
