Nurofen for Children provides fast, effective, long-lasting relief from toothache, earache, headache, muscular minor aches and sprains, sore throat and cold &flu symptoms and reduces a fever. Nurofen for Children is an off-white viscous suspension with an strawberry flavour. It contains 200mg of the active ingredient ibuprofen in every 5 ml of medicine. The pack contains a double-ended measuring spoon to measure the dose correctly.
Nurofen for Children provides fast, effective, long-lasting relief from toothache, earache, headache, muscular minor aches and sprains, sore throat and cold &flu symptoms and reduces a fever.

Shake the bottle well before use. Use the spoon inside to measure the dose accurately.
Always take this medicine exactly as your doctor has told you. Check with your doctor or pharmacist if you are not sure.
The usual dose for pain and fever:

Doses should be given approximately every 6 to 8 hours.
For patients with sensitive stomachs it is recommended that Nurofen for Children is taken during a meal.
This medicine is for short term use.
The active ingredient is ibuprofen - each 5 ml oral suspension contains 200 mg Ibuprofen.
Always read the patient information leaflet carefully before use for dosage instructions. The lowest, effective dose should be used for the shortest duration necessary to relieve symptoms. Consult your doctor if your child does not feel better or if your child feels worse after 3 days. Not intended for use in children under 6 years of age or under 20kg. Do not exceed the stated dose. KEEP OUT OF SIGHT AND REACH OF CHILDREN.
