The recommended daily dose of the preparation consists of one capsule with vitamins and minerals and two capsules with DHA. The Pueria Duo dietary supplement was composed for pregnant women (from the 13th week of pregnancy) and breastfeeding women. The composition was created according to the guidelines of the Polish Society of Gynecologists and Obstetricians. The preparation does not contain iron - supplementing this ingredient during pregnancy is not obligatory, it is recommended only in certain specific cases. DHA acid (here in the form of triglycerides with good bioavailability) helps maintain proper vision and proper functioning of the brain. This ingredient is recommended for supplementation during pregnancy and breastfeeding, as it supports the proper development of the brain and eyes in the fetus and in breastfed infants. Choline helps maintain proper homocysteine metabolism. Vitamin D is needed for proper growth and development of bones in children. In addition, it supports the proper absorption and use of calcium and phosphorus, participates in the process of cell division and supports the proper functioning of the immune system. Iodine supports the proper functioning of the thyroid gland and nervous system, and also supports proper energy metabolism. Folate supports the growth of maternal tissues, participates in the process of cell division and supports proper blood production.

The content of ingredients in one capsule (recommended daily dose): folic acid - 612mcg (306% RWS), including: calcium L-methylfolate - 312mcg, pteroylmonoglutamic acid - 300mcg;vitamin D –50mcg (2000 IU;1000% RWS), iodine –200mcg (133% RWS), choline –130mg.
DHA capsule ingredients: triglycerides of Omega-3 fatty acids from fish (including DHA and EPA), beef gelatin (capsule), humectant: glycerol. Allergen information: contains fish products.
Ingredients in two capsules (recommended daily dose): DHA acid - 600 mg, EPA acid - 60 mg.
