Vitamin D - takes part in the process of cell division and helps in the proper absorption and use of calcium and phosphorus,
Iodine - helps in the proper functioning of the nervous system and thyroid gland,
Choline, vitamin B6 and B12 - contribute to maintaining the proper metabolism of homocysteine. The proper level of homocysteine affects the proper course of pregnancy.
