Pueria Czysty Folian is a mono-supplement (with one active ingredient) containing 800 µg of folic acid from two sources in one capsule, without the addition of fillers, dyes and preservatives of synthetic origin. 400 µg of folic acid comes from pteroylmonoglutamic acid, 400 µg from the active form: calcium L-methylfolate. Active folate does not have to undergo such a multi-stage transformation in the body to the active form as inactive folic acid.
