How to take: One lozenge should be sucked every 3-6 hours as required.

To avoid any local irritation, it is a good idea to move it around the mouth while sucking.

No more than five lozenges should be taken in a 24 hour period, for a maximum of three days. Strepsils Intensive Lozenges are available in pack sizes of 16 lozenges. Ask your pharmacist. Always read the label.

 lozenges containing 8.75mg flurbiprofen for fast and long lasting relief. 

Contraindications: patients with hypersensitivity to flurbiprofen, acetylsalicylic acid, other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) or any of the excipients, with a history of active gastric and / or duodenal ulcer disease, perforation or bleeding, including those following other NSAIDs, takingother NSAIDs, including COX-2, who have a history of allergy symptoms such as rhinitis, urticaria or bronchial asthma in the third trimester of pregnancy after taking acetylsalicylic acid or other NSAIDs, with severe heart failure.
