Properties and applications:
Ulgix flatulence contains Simethicone which has the ability to lower the surface tension of the mucus and gas bubbles found in the intestine. In this manner, it facilitates removal of the gas accumulated in the gastrointestinal tract.
Ulgix flatulence is used:
To relieve symptoms associated with accumulation of gas in the intestines, such as a feeling of fullness, flatulence, belching.
To remove the air and gas before performing diagnostic tests in the abdominal cavity with radiological, ultrasound and endoscopic techniques,.
The product in the form of gelatin capsules is administered orally.
Symptoms associated with accumulation of gas in the intestines: flatulence, feeling of fullness, belching:
Adults: 1 capsule, 4 times per day. If necessary, the dose may be increased. The daily intake should not exceed 960 mg of Simethicone.
Preparation for diagnostic examinations:
The day before the examination: 1 capsule three times a day.
The day of the examination: 1 capsule in the morning.
The capsules should be administered after a meal with a sufficient amount of fluid (about 1 cup of water).
If you miss a dose, do not administer a double dose to make up for the missed one.
