How to use:

Take 1 serving (1 capsule) daily with water.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Dietary supplements cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet. A balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are important for maintaining good health. Do not consume if you are allergic to any of the ingredients of the product. The product is intended for a healthy adult population up to 75 years of age. The product should not be consumed by people taking anticoagulants containing vitamin K antagonists (e.g. warfarin and acenocoumarol).
