Description Description:UroLact®contains a composition of three live strains of probiotic bacteria
–Lactobacillus rhamnosus PL1, Lactobacillus plantarum PM1 and Lactobacillus reuteri 5454
These bacteria have a beneficial effect on the urinary tract microbiota due to their ability to inhibit the growth of pathogenic bacteria and yeast-like fungi, which are the most common cause of urinary tract infections.
In vitro studies have confirmed a number of beneficial properties of the Lactobacillus bacterial strains present in the UroLact®preparation:
inhibition of the growth of bacteria that are the most common cause of recurrent urinary tract infections: Escherichia coli (etiological factor of 80–90% of first-time urinary tract infections), Klebsiella pneumoniae, Enterococcus faecalis, Streptococcus agalactiae, Pseudomonas aeruginosa,
inhibition of the growth of pathogenic fungi of the Candida genus causing candidiasis of the urogenital tract,
resistance to hydrochloric acid and bile salts, which allows them to survive the passage (movement) through the stomach and intestine,
strong adhesion to the epithelial cells of the intestine, rectum, urethra and vagina.
How To Use How to use:
children from 3 years of age: 1 capsule once a day,
adults and children over 12 years of age: 1 capsule 1-2 times a day.
UroLact®is recommended for recurrent urinary tract infections.
Take orally.
Swallow the capsule with 100 ml (half a glass) of lukewarm water.
If swallowing is not possible, the contents of the capsule can be mixed with food or cold water.
UroLact® is best taken during a meal (this ensures a higher survival rate of the bacteria contained in the preparation).
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
A dietary supplement cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
It is important to lead a healthy lifestyle and a balanced diet.
Application time:
To maintain the proper balance of urinary tract microbiota, UroLact®should be used for no less than 10 days.
